Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any other technical subject
Car Sales experience of min 2 years
Financial knowledge about auto loads/leasing, insurance
Strong communication, people and customer service skills
Documentation skills, scheduling and computer proficiency
Responsibilities
Study and understand the characteristics, features and performance of the vehicle lineup and should be able to contrast with the competitor brands/models.
In depth knowledge about the automobile sphere and the product line up of all competitor brands
Demonstrates different vehicle models by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; conducting test drives for prospective customer; explaining warranties and after-sales services.
Understands the requirements of the customers before any sales pitch. Closes sales by overcoming objections; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers the vehicle personally.
Corporate sales push to companies is essential. Building relationships with the decision maker and attracting to Kia by switching from competitor products.
Building database of corporates and marketing to them through mail, email, SMS and cold calling on a regular basis to push sales.
Following up on leads brought through social media marketing campaigns and website subscriptions and other mediums of company marketing.
Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; meeting prospects at their companies; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
Know basic questions about financing and other optional financial products and arrange plan for the customers who want to go for auto loans/leasing.
Promote the company’s service with buyers to ensure customer loyalty
Routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction and solve any issues to guarantee customer retention and repeat orders
Contribute to dealership sales data by maintaining a customer database and report to manager on weekly and monthly basis
