Kia Roadside Assistance (RSA) is on-Site convenient & support service for Kia customers who may experience a car breakdown. The service typically provides assistance in 21 major cities across Pakistan. Providing speedy solution to customer when their vehicle if off road due to any solution.

Key Benefits

In Case of breakdown which cannot be fixed on the spot, Kia Roadside Assistance will facilitate customer in vehicle recovery to Kia dealership. (terms and conditions apply).

How to request assistance

Simply call us at 0304-1111-542 to speak with our service ambassador

 

Providing the following 

  1. Identify your vehicle with the VIN (chassis number) or registration number 

  2. Explain the location of your vehicle (along with a nearby landmark)

  3. Explain the problem you are facing with the vehicle

For your safety, park the vehicle on the edge of the road and turn on the warning lights.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Roadside assistance is available from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 6 pm.

  • The cost of repairs and parts replacement shall be borne by the customer.

  • Costs, approvals, or licenses for additional requirements, such as but not limited to towing and recovery, etc., shall be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Roadside assistance is provided for the customer's convenience; however, additional expenses may apply.

  • In case of warranty, the terms and conditions outlined in the Warranty & Maintenance booklet will be applied.

  • Roadside Assistance will be provided to Kia vehicles if they are in non-drivable conditions on paved roads.
